Sage and Siren are twins that who have been through a lot in life, starting with losing their parents at a young age. Sent to live with their grandparents, Sage is miserable. Siren is constantly getting in trouble and blaming it on Sage, and what’s worse, is her grandparents’ side with Siren. Now grown adults, there’s abuse involved. Siren controls every aspect of Sage’s life and they are nearing a breaking point.
Joseph has a way of making you feel the hate for Siren with every fiber of your being, to make you feel such sorrow for Sage’s lot in life.
Siren was the most intense book I have read this year, it’s dark and twisted. Suspenseful and thrilling, to the point of having you on the edge of your seat, desperate to know what is coming next.
