This Week's TBR

I have 3 books slated for reading this week, and I’m very excited for all of them. There’s also a few more that I might start if I have the time (and judging by the amount of energy I have on this Monday, I definitely think I’m going to have time.

The first up is Set List by Raymond L. Atkins. This book was a draw for me because each chapter is fashioned around a song. The first chapter being Heart of Glass by Blondie, and because Blondie is fabulous, I knew this was a book I would want to read. I’m currently on chapter 2, taking a wee break to share this with you, and I think you’re going to like this. It’s a really unique thing to do with a book. You can grab the book on Amazon for $12.00

Next up is an ARC of Olympian Heritage by Astrid Arditi. I love anything having to do with the Gods and mythology, so when she offered book one, Olympian Challenger, I quickly volunteered. And let me tell you, book 1 was so good. I’m currently on chapter 2, and it’s already got me on a suspenseful edge. Olympian Heritage releases on September 29th and you can pre-order it on Amazon. You will need to read book one first which you can also grab on Amazon, for $3.99, it is enrolled in KU

In paperback I have Interview With the Ax-Murderer by EJ McFall. This one I haven’t started yet, but I am really anxious to as it’s sitting next to me pleading me to open it and smell the fresh book scent that comes with new books. This is a fun collection of short stories, and the title tells you the kind of thing you’re in for. I’ve not read McFall before so I’m excited to start this one. You can grab it on Amazon in paperback for $10.00

So what’s next? Last week I told you about this one, and it released on the 21st. There’s a great storyline here that really packs an emotional punch. Consequently, you can grab book 1, Memories and Lies free for a few more days on Amazon.

Truth and Consequences is available on Amazon for $4.99 and is enrolled in KU

Lastly I hope to squeeze in this book of Twisted Tales by P.D. Alleva. This came to me as a review request and I’m looking forward to being spooked. There are 3 different tales in this book and they look great. Alleva is another new to me author who already has a handful of books out. So I’m hoping after I finish this I can check out some of his other work. You can grab Beyond the Chamber Door from Amazon for 99 cents.

I think that’s going to be all I can fit in this week though you never know. It’s a great lineup and I’m excited to get to each of these.
