Hello everyone! In the US, we’re celebrating Thanksgiving on Thursday. This is my favorite holiday and normally I enjoy baking in preparation as my mother used to. But plans got foiled this year, so that isn’t happening. As such, I’ve decided to take advantage and take a mini break. So no matter if you celebrate or not, I hope you have a happy few days!
